Organize PDF pages

Organize PDF is for the scan that came in backwards, the extra blank sheet, or the appendix that belongs up front. This page draws a thumbnail of every page with PDF.js, entirely in the browser, then lets you drag, rotate, or delete before saving. The preview is not sent anywhere; it is pixels on your machine.

When you save, pdf-lib writes a new file from the grid order, left to right, top to bottom. Rotation in the grid is applied to that copy. Use organize when merge and split are too coarse: you need to see the pages. Large documents render thumbs one after another so the tab does not freeze. Password-protected PDFs still need to be unlocked first.

Thumbnails and the saved PDF are created on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

No files yet. Drop them above. They stay in this tab and are never uploaded.

How to reorder, rotate, or delete PDF pages

  1. Drop a PDF. Thumbnails render locally, one page at a time.
  2. Drag pages, use arrows, rotate a page, or delete blanks.
  3. Check the grid: that order is what will be saved.
  4. Save PDF and download the new file. The original is untouched.

Organize pages without an online editor account

Desktop Acrobat and many web editors want a subscription to delete a page. This organizer is a static page plus in-browser libraries. You will not get every Acrobat feature (comments, OCR, portfolios), and that is the point: a private, small tool for order and rotation.

Questions

Are PDF page thumbnails uploaded?
No. PDF.js draws small previews in this browser. They are never sent to LoveThisPDF.
How do I delete a page from a PDF without uploading?
Drop the file, remove the page from the grid, and save a new PDF. Delete does not change the file on disk until you replace it yourself.
How do I reorder PDF pages?
Drag a thumbnail onto another, or use the arrows. The saved PDF follows the grid, left to right, top to bottom.
Why are thumbnails slow on a long PDF?
Each page is drawn at a small size, sequentially, to keep memory use reasonable. Very large files may still strain the tab.
Can I rotate pages while organizing?
Yes. Rotation in the grid is saved into the new PDF. For a whole-document turn, the dedicated rotate tool is faster.
